Fits, Works, saved my trans.
Had my mechanic replace it when I found a broken piece in my tans, it is the correct part (2003 jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo) and runs great. I asked the MOPAR stealership shop if they could replace the piece and they told me that it would take 2 weeks to get it in and did not have the full pack, just the snap ring. and would charge me $180/hour to fix it. If this is broken you should also buy the "Transmission 3-4 Accumulator Spring for Grand Cherokee Laredo" because tis likely broken.
