The model broke loose from its base and moved around within the case, damaging the paint on the trunk and scratching the inside of the case. I contacted the seller with pictures, and he refunded the purchase. I would have been fine with a few dollars discount. This was no one's fault, except maybe the USPS handling of a fragile package.
