Ordered the product to be shipped from USA to Canada, and was intercepted by Customs in the USA. While Canada has no law preventing swords and knives being shipped, the shipping methods are strict. The seller denied full reimbursement for the incomplete order, and only issued a partial refund. Scamming the buyer by keeping 80% of the sale price. Ebay buyers protection insists on a 100% refund on incomplete orders. Communication was virtually non existent and I was virtually ghosted as a buyer.
