a big upgraded tool from using a C clamp.
I bought this product instead of using my other device, especially that this can do the double piston caliper as well with the included adapter. It's relatively easy to use and gets the job done. What troubles me with the unit, is that its a little clumsy in getting it set up inside the caliper when I am not snug up on both sides and as well as the arc of the gears is a bit lacking in my opinion, working on my sisters KIA, I did not have much room to move around let alone move the caliper into a favorable position. But none the less, this tool made quick work of compressing, I like that I can just spin it back to its lowest position when done, and I like having the option of working on a dual piston caliper without having to get creative, or buy another tool. Wonderful product
This make changing brakes / retracting the caliper piston a breeze. I love it. I wish I had gotten it sooner. By default it has a 4.5” spreader bar so it is sufficient for my double piston calipers without needing to change the speaker plates.

Why didn’t I get this sooner?!
This made my brake changes so much easier! No more “C” clamps for me. Nice and even force distribution. I changed my fiancé’s from pads in minutes. It took longer to put the wheels on and drop the car than it did to change the brakes.

I was using a C-CLAMP WITH A LONG 1.5 SOCKET. T-HANDLE twist to squeeze piston not to easy. Ratchet motion alot less pressure for the piston. Easy to set up in the CALIPER.
