More like, Fighting Boredom!
I did the Tae-Bo work out when it first came out, so I'm used to working hard and really busting a sweat. Also, fast-paced, fun music really helps during a work out. However, this DVD was a huge disappointment. Harvey stood on the sidelines barking commands to the three people doing the work out. They looked bored, scared and like zombies. The set looked like it was taken from a cheap porn flick. Also, there was no music. Just military drums. Where's the excitement in that?! Considering this DVD states that it was made in 2006, it was very amateur for this day and age, considering the other work out DVD's out there like "Sweating to the Spirit", "Hip Hop Abs", and "Tae-Bo Boot Camp". It certainly fights fat
I bought this one after watching celebrity fit club. It gives you a good work out, I just wish that there was music playing during the workout. Plus, Harvey shouts out orders in a military manor.
