    The audio amp was just as described. It was delivered without the factory box and was missing 1 connector but since it's a replacement for me it didn't matter. I assume it's used or at least new and programmed to be used since it already had an IP established in it. The unit had no dust on the case or in the fan. I'm very happy with the product and the service from Kevin. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and shipped it out immediately.
