Customer stated they only added 1.4 oz of oil to a compressor that has a minimum operating specification of 5 oz internally. compressor failed due to lack of lubrication. It burned up. For an example, this is like adding 3 qts of oil to an engine that needs 7qts and wondering why the engine locked up. If they added the correct amount there wouldn't be an issue.

Excellent communication with seller. Fairly fast shipping via postal service. However, upon opening the box, the wire to the AC clutch was pinched/compromised. and a return process started to just get a full refund. May have been damaged during shipping, but they used expanding foam packing to maximize product from damage. So if you find a problem, please be patient for them to reply & resolve your issue. Also, it's imperative that you follow installation procedures for the warranty!
