The packing material left alot to be desired! It was torn (have photos) and there are scratches on the keyboard where the tear was, however, to my astonishment both keyboard and track pad work ... I am not used to the track pad, so I think the glitches are my fault!
Great seller.
Arrived before promised.
Please however for everyone out there ! Protect electronic items while shipping.... it creates a feeling of impending ....and lack of trust.
