    Ricevuta una proposta di acquisto a 70+5, ho fatto una controproposta di 70 tutto compreso senza ricevere risposta. Trovo sul sito il libro passato da 80+5 € a 200 €. Vado alla proposta, compro prima della scadenza, pago e dopo alcune ore mi trovo il messaggio che il libro non c'è perchè danneggiato...!!! Se il venditore fa una proposta e viene accettata e il cliente paga subito, il venditore spedisce. Le regole vanno rispettate sia per chi compra che per chi vende.

    Buongiorno, scusi per la tardiva risposta, il libro è mancante fisicamente in magazzino (a nostro database lo dava presente), per questo motivo è stato annullato l'ordine, non è danneggiato. L'inserzione era stata inserita in automatico ma il libro è stato già venduto tempo fa. Per quanto concerne il cambiamento di prezzo è stato segnalato al servizio clienti ebay perché a noi sembra ci sia stata un'anomalia del sistema che ha generato l'errore. Cordiali saluti
