Needed to replace the broken plastic jack on a 2000 Korean Epiphone Les Paul. This is exactly what I needed. No drilling. Perfect match to the existing holes. This was surprisingly hard to find. Most replacement parts are for Gibson guitars.

All I needed was the plastic Jack Plate. It fit the Epiphone LP perfectly with its 23mm square pattern. The Jack itself arrived distorted, squashed in the soft envelope. As planned, I installed a Pure Tone Multi-Contact 1/4 inch Mono Output Jack that I had purchased from Amazon. I added two large washers.The screws had a different thread pitch than the originals so I used the originals. Love the new Plate!
