As originally mentioned, I have not received the parcel yet - according to the seller it is because of the long distance between us.
He has agreed to refund me - on condition that I revise my feedback and change it to positive.
If the parcel should arrive in the future, I agreed to pay him.
I will wait until 20 December 2023 (as I agreed) and if no refund is paid by then, I will ask eBay for a refund.
