    Sent my item to someone else! The seller sent my item to another customer. And sent me their item. The seller then asked me to go to the post office (but wouldn’t contact parcel force to establish which post office) to find the erroneous parcel. The seller then gave my personal details to the other customer WITHOUT consent. The post office told me they did not have the erroneous parcel. They did eventually have mine (sent by the other customer). Awful, stressful, unprofessional.
