The compressor work good for a couple days and then after that, it started made, and some kind of loud noise

The compressor was installed to a system where the old compressor locked up. They only did a compressor swap and no other parts were replaced in the system. at that point it doesn't matter if they used a used, new, or reman they would all fail in a short amount of time. Bad diagnosis and repair is what failed the compressor.

Excellent communication with seller. Fairly fast shipping via postal service. However, upon opening the box, the wire to the AC clutch was pinched/compromised. and a return process started to just get a full refund. May have been damaged during shipping, but they used expanding foam packing to maximize product from damage. So if you find a problem, please be patient for them to reply & resolve your issue. Also, it's imperative that you follow installation procedures for the warranty!

While the wrong part was sent, they provided a return shipping label and a full refund nice I shipped back. While I didn’t get the fix I needed they did handle the issue great and I would recommend them as a good ebayer to buy from. They stand behind their product and offer great customer service.
