    I have been using the Diet and Fitness Exercise Diary Log Notebook for years now. I have just ordered and received my fourth one, I believe, maybe my fifth. I've tried others but there aren't nearly as comprehensive as this one and to be so compact. I highly recommend this journal if you are wanting to keep track of your daily intake of calories, carbohydrates, sodium, fiber, etc. There is even a column designated as other (if you want to record Weight Watcher Points as an example). There is a section for recording Daily Food Goals (i.e. target vs. actual Calories, Protein, Carbs, and Fat). At the end of this page you can check off water consumed as well as Fruits & Vegetables. The fitness log page allows for recording Cardio (i.e. Heart Rate, Duration, Speed, Level, Intensity and ...

If you want to keep track of the amount of calories that you intake and burn this is the fantastic product. In the back of the journal it gives you the nutritional values of a lot of common foods that you eat everyday
