They had to add several empty file folders to make it bulky enough to ship. $21.00 for 2 pages is not worth it. I expected to to get a parts breakdown with part numbers, maintenance schedule, type of grease required, etc. It had no information on the spindles or belts. They send out a "last one available" and it is nothing more than a reproduction photo copy. I do offer FREE RETURNS. You purchased a dealer type service manual, when it looks like you needed an Owner's / Operator's Manual and Parts Catalog. I don't force anyone to buy anything here, and I don't send out anything to anyone. No one has ever complained about my packaging except YOU. If you had read the listing you would know EXACTLY what the contents of the service manual cover. No More, No Less.
