I payed nearly 9K for this machine to this " superstore " June 10th , first message i got from this company was 19 days later !! telling me they had an inventory error and the machine was not available !! it took them 19 days to figure this out !! today July 9th the 9k is still not back in my account !! if you guys need to borrow money , please try banks or ask some family member for help .... just frustrating and sad companies like this are still doing business

We are sorry that we had to cancel. We remanufacture our equipment after it sells, and unfortunately have the occasional issue. While remanufacturing, we discovered defective parts that cost more than what we sold the machine for. We attempted to search for the parts through other sources, but came up empty. The customer paid July 11th, and a full refund was sent on July 29th. We have screenshots which confirm. We offered a $300 store credit as a way of saying sorry, but the customer declined.

Precor EFX 5.17i
I have used the larger Precor commercial gym version of this machine for past 6 years. After nearly 2 months of use I am delighted with the EFX 5.17i. Construction is excellent and every bit equal to the quality of the commercial unit. Nothing but god things to say about this unit. Only one thing I would mention.. if you wish a little more incline beacuse you are used to the commercial version, the EFX 5.71i does not go quite as high on the incline but I knew that when I purchased it. It really does not bother me at all.. espeically for the price difference. Love it! I would purchase another in a second. Hope the is of some value to all of you considering a purchase. Precor EFX 5.17I Rear Drive Elliptical Trainer Machine
This machine is Awesome. It builds muscle fast and cuts fat. I get on this machine and after 3 minutes begin to sweat and don't stop until I get off 45 minutes later. I have bad knees from working construction for 10 years, I am female....and this machine works me hard with no pain or strain on my knees. The machine is a home machine and it is as sturdy as the ones at the gym. I get on and watch my favorite show and before I know it I'm done. It builds endurance fast and I feel great after getting off. Awesome machine, thankyou Precor!This machine is Awesome. It builds muscle fast and cuts fat.
