    Dressing & Cooking Wild Game

    I bought this book for my sister since I have one just like it. It is great for the hunter's wives that need to cook the game that they shoot. I have tried several recipes in this book and all have been very good. The spicey duck with peanuts was a hit at my house over white rice. My husband is a BIG wildfowl hunter and it is always hard to find good recipes for this, but this book is great for some down home cooking from wildlife. It shows how to cut large game, wildfowl, and making stock from the animals or birds that you reap. If you hunt and kill for food, this book is great.

    Excelent book worth your money.

    This is one of the best books I have seen on field drssing and butchering. It is not for just deer but small game and foul. The recipes it has to offer are outstanding also. I would recomend this book to any humter out there.

    Great book

    For the beginner this book is great. I bought this for my grandson as he was just quartering his deer and his mom was having a fit. He is learning quickly the proper way to process meat. He likes it because of the step by step pictures and simple directions, my DIL likes it for the recipes!

    Great Book

    A great guide for the beginning "hunter / gatherer" family in the mountians of the northwest. Great pictures and easy to follow instructions.

    This book has alot of great information!!!! I found it at Barnes and Nobles and Found it online for a better price!!
