A resource of useful input when good health is your goal!
First, I trust the author's input! This medical professional knows how the human body works and how the various bodily systems can often get out of balance and cause dis-ease. I won't get technical because I'm not much of an intellectually based individual but I do know what has and is working for me. When I was introduced to Dr. Brownstein, it was by 'accident' but are there really any accidents in life but coincidences that our lives become involved in? You see I still walk the planet because years ago I crossed paths with a great healer, an alternative practitioner who literally saved my life with the use of herbs, natural remedies, herbal supplements, dietary changes and my open mind and willingness to save myself. It took years for me to become so ill and I wasn't going to get my ... First, I trust the author's input! So when I crossed paths with Dr. Brownstein, it was like meeting that first alternative practitioner all over again. They think and act along the same lines of physical body understanding. A few variances exist, but basically they agree on how to maintain good health and well being. I'm happy to have found Dr B since the other healer and I are not longer together. Currently I take Dr B's Actalin supplement for thyroid health and although I've just recently begun working on that issue, I can tell you I've already noticed good changes happening. Taking natural supplements isn't quick or always simple, but for me it has always been worth the time and expense involved. For me it beat the alternative of leaving early, which I almost did. I found this book easy to get into, and there are many very simple recipes and it felt good to know that I already do many things he suggests. However, you might better appreciate what this book can do for you by first exploring Dr B's other useful publications to get the background into first, on which to have this book do it's magic in your life! Thanks Dr. Brownstein, keep up the good work, you are making a big difference in the world and that's what each of have the potential of doing! Get healthy folks and reconnect with your life! Only you can do it for yourself!
