What is great about their packaging is they shipped my litre bottles wrapped tightly in bubble wrap and then packed in a sturdy new box. This review has nothing to do with the seller but with the item itself. Recently, Pureology changed the formula and scent of the Smooth Perfection shampoo and conditioner. Though they say the main ingredients are still the same, the effect on my hair was drastic - it became frizzy, puffy, and hard to blowdry. What a huge disappointment. If you've been using these products for a while, be aware of the change.

    Awesome Hair Product!

    Great Product! I have naturally curly and often times downright frizzy hair which is hard to control. With the use of this shampoo and matching conditioner, my hair is SO much smoother and easier to manage. I have been using for years now and highly recommend!
