Now Foods Quercetin with Bromelain, has been the biggest relief from allergic type reactions to foods, and things in the air like pollens for myself and one of my sons. Basically both of us had become pretty ill about a year ago. After doing some online detective searching about Allergies in families, we had discovered some research and discovered info about possible genetic link. Because of lots of severe allergies within our family my son and I decided to try the Now Quercetin w/Bromelain. Best decision either of us has made for our health. Both of us find we can not only breathe better, but not having "stomach" issues with foods that normally we can't eat. Going outside during blooming seasons is still sometimes bothersome, but neither of us is feeling like we are going to have to ... This Quercetin was a good price and my sister had told me that NOW is a very reputable company, which is quite important when buying supplements. Obviously one can't tell how well it is working, but I trust the NOW brand.

I am recovering from side effects of having Covid-19 inoculations in January, 2021, including inflammation of my heart muscle, anemia, loss of weight and a general weakness of my entire system. My cardiologist recommended Quercetin in addition to a change in some prescription medications to aid in my recovery. I could sense a difference in my overall stamina after having taken Querectin for about a week and it seems to be helping in stabilizing my weight. I am at age 84 and have been in good to excellent health until the onset of the above mentioned side effects which I first began sensing in March. My low point came in late June and have been improving slowly since then. I anticipate a full recovery over the next several months barring onset of some other side effect or illness. I am ... Works Very Well as Immune Booster
I take 2 a day of these, 1 in the a.m. and 1 in the p.m. I had a persistent, dry cough during low humidity days and after taking these for a few days my cough became productive and finally stopped completely. That is the main reason I tried these. This is a good product.
