The item arrived on time and I wired it into my vehicle. I followed the instructions and was able to connect it to my phone to program the device. I was not able to make it function as advertised. I played with the settings and used my Fluke multimeter to check the values and the outputs, I tried both positive and ground, but they never changed. I contacted the seller and waited one week and still have not heard back form them.
