    Well written and easy to understand. Strong, inspiring content.

    I bought the book not so much for OCD but for it's broader applications. it has not disappointed. bought it along with Brain Lock by same author. If you are interestednin this topic, Mind vs Brain is an excellent place to start learning. Practical, not just theory.

    The Mind and the Brain by Jeffrey M. Schwartz M.D

    I had the fantastic fortune of attending a lecture given by Dr. Schwartz. I bought the book for research material for a screenplay I'm writing - also my motivation for attending the lecture. Was able to pick his brain a bit about how he coached DiCaprio in "The Aviator". This book has some great material and yeah, above average reading level. Nice to know it is never too late.

    i guess you can teach an old dog new tricks. great book! some details in the book are difficult for the average reader, it is worth the struggle.
