Clearly never read the description, which gives full pad dimensions.
The trolley jack you have is a Red Star 3.5t jack, which has a 100mm saddle.
It's a concern someone with such poor vision would be anywhere near a car 🙄

The pictures you've sent show wear and tear of the pad around the edge where friction from lifting your vehicle has occurred, this is completely normal. I don't think that justifies a full refund and negative feedback..
