      Where is the free state e-file?

      I have used H&R Block for a few years now since TaxAct prices went through the roof. Love the product and is easy to use. My only complaint is that they used to offer one free State e-file and 5 federal e-files. Now no free State e-file. Now it is $20.

      Doesn't load on XP, doesn't import data on Windows 10

      Program wouldn't load on XP computer where prior year returns were processed and saved. Wouldn't import 2018 data after the 2018 program was installed and the 2018 return transferred to a Windows 10 computer. The 2018 return opened properly in the 2018 program (the Windows 10 computer) and the 2019 program indicated data was successfully imported but NONE shows up on the 2019 forms. No warning that program would not load on XP. Didn't import capital loss carryover from 2018 return and at present time see no way to enter it manually. No confidence in a program that doesn't work properly from the get go. Beware.
