    Salsa Lovers Cook Book by S. K. Bollin (1993)

    I looked into this book because it is all salsas. I bought this book because I like to home preserve foods and I also compete in fairs with my wares. This book is so full of recipes to try. The book was inexpensive for the amount of information contained in it. It is easy to read and understand thus making it easy to follow recipe directions. There are oodles of recipes to choose from. I cannot wait until fair time rolls around and I can try one of these yummy recipes on salsa night!!

    Recipes are very easy to follow and tasty. One feature I appreciated is that the recipes show the exact amount, i.e. 2 cups, etc., that each recipe makes.

    Loose interpretations

    Who puts mayonnaise in “salsa”!?! There are a few of those recipes along with puréed green peas. It is also a thin spiral bound book. I think you should look at other salsa books or go online for ideas before purchasing this salsa cookbook.
