    Excellent

    I bought this based on the reviews on Rough Country’s website, not eBay’s. The install was fairly straightforward. The trouble I had was a result of rusty and corroded hardware on my Jeep and not with the equipment supplied by rough country. To be upfront I did have one of the installation hardware packets missing but rough country‘s customer service was excellent and corrected the problem quickly and satisfactorily. The kit seems to be of good quality construction. The components all fit perfectly, just as they were intended. I took my time and it took me quite a bit longer to install then the estimated 4-6 hours, but again that was due to rusty nuts and bolts. The only complaint that I really had was the online instructions could’ve been a little better in my opinion but ...

    Missing Parts.

    The kit I received is missing about 60% of the hardware listed, couldn't complete install without purchasing more hardware. Incredibly inconvenient, have read other reviews of this rough country lift claiming similar situations of missing significant amount of hardware. Spend the extra money and get something you can trust is complete.

    Be aware of exhaust spacer !

    Great value. Follow the instructions and you will be okay. Read the fine print depending on your jk year you will need exhaust spacers. Took me in between 6-8 hours to install on the ground (without hoist) you may want to consider front drive shaft upgrade if you lift more than 2.5inch as the angle becomes extreme
