Three of the eight bottles were damaged/broken. Maybe more inside packaging would have prevented the damage?

We exercise great care to ensure packages are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. In the case of your order, items were factory shrink wrapped, packaged in a crush proof box with air pouches to prevent shifting /damage. Unfortunately, we don't know there is an issue if we don't hear from the customer.
