This is for " Xbox 360 E Console". The "E" model only. More of an Xbox problem than a seller problem, made so you can't replace it with an old one from the cupboard, but the photos do not make it clear. Every Xbox has a different power plug. This is a single barrel plug that will only fit the Xbox 360 E. It will not fit an original "Xbox 360 Console", or a "Xbox 360 S Console". This seller is off my supplier list. If I can tell you, they can too. So I can buy the right one from them instead.

Customer incorrectly ordered an Xbox 360 E power supply instead of an Xbox 360 S power supply to suit their console. We advised them of this mistake, recommended the correct power supply & let them know how to proceed with a returns request to return the item for a refund. Our item description for this product does also clearly mention it's suitable for the Xbox 360 E only and can not be used with the original Xbox 360 or 360 S.

Thanks. Good shipping and item as promised. It has a red light at first (I expected orange) but does go green when checked with my multi-meter. The voltage outs seem right (~5V, ~12V) so something else must be wrong with my 360 since it still won t power on.

There is a rather common console fault that occurs with the 360e & 360s leading to the console becoming completely dead. People often mistake this for a failed power supply. All our 360 power supplies are tested prior to shipping so should be working. You are welcome to return the power supply for a full refund if you no longer need it.
