Box arrived damaged, part sticking out. Poor packing, but luckily no damage. Worked after installing. Listing claimed would ship from Pacoima, CA, but shipped from Houston, TX. Meaning 5 days instead of 3-4 via USPS. Seller’s reply was to pay for upgraded shipping, but did not answer my question why shipping from wrong state. Had to wait until Saturday to get and install. Great price, fast turnaround out door, works fine, but kinda feel a little misled and lucky not to have more serious issues.

    generally happy but had to make a special trip to purchase nut!

    Product should have had nuts for both ends. Odd size and nuts from original part didn't fit the replacement part.
