have yet to install the puppy, but my buyer experience was a 9.66; the seller was efficient, timely; empathetic; product looks just like the photo posted. price saved me a good chunk of change. box it came in was a little beat up. no internal damage, but seller did not insulate my alternator inside the box. true, the alternator is metal, but, some of the plastic "males" electrical connections might get chipped cuz that is a given when ground shipped. this is my incy wincy displeasure.
