    Positive overall because price was competitive, free shipping was timely and the item was wrapped and packaged for safe arrival. What surprised me was that the ribbon came apart completely in my hand, not what I could expect from the description that mentioned some flaws but not such deterioration (dry rot?), plus I had not noticed when approving the total sale that the sales tax was high compared to the ~7+% in my state. I looked up Maryland's and saw, oddly, only ~6%. Could eBay err? How?
