    Early Review

    It is now after midnight because I have been up doing a quick read of the book. The title may be a little misleading, to be fair I have not researched the author. The book and the recipes are very well laid out. There is room to make notes on what you actually do on each page. It may be my favorite canning book.

    A helpful canning book.

    Love this book. Informative, simple to understand and a joy to read. Wish the recipes were in smaller amounts as well as the gallons, pounds & quarts. Highly recommended but you need to put in some time cutting the recipes in half for the home canner with a smaller garden.
