The soap dispensers were as described except they they did not send the detachable stems. I contacted them and they apologized and said they must have missed them and would look for them and send them. They found them and sent them several days later. I like that they were quick to respond and followed through with what they said they would do. I would buy from them again because I can trust them. They didn't make any excuses.
