Product Information

Though timed to coincide with the motion picture of the same name, Jumper tells a story that intertwines with that of the film, but is ultimately different than that of its movie inspiration. The game centers on Griffin, a young man on a quest to avenge his parents' death who uses his spontaneous teleportation abilities to battle a group know as the Paladins. Jumper's heavy emphasis on combat lets players take advantage of Griffin's unique abilities to perform three different kinds of dynamic "jumps." The Combat Jump lets players instantaneously move around Paladins in the midst of a fight sequence, the Traversal Jump allows gamers to pick a spot in the environment and jump to it, and the Finishing Jump lets players move enemies to completely new locations. Gamers also have the ability to jump back and forth between multiple opponents, and chaining together large combinations helps earn experience points that can then be used to unlock deadlier combos. Jumper features a diverse hierarchy of Paladin fighters, and players can battle them all in five unique arenas spread across the globe.

    Jumper: Griffin's Story (Wii, 2008)

    This game is very repetitive. You run from room to room getting into fights with paladins who are jealous that they can't jump around. The A and B buttons attack and you press the analog stick in different directions to jump around the enemy. You face gang members after gang members who are easy to defeat. Just remember to keep pressing the A & B buttons. I bought this game because of the movie just having that type of power would be amazing. Hello sunny beaches all day long. I do not recommend this game for serious game players but my little brother & friends are having a good time teleporting.

    griffin story one point of view

    I liked the shipping time was excelent next day shiping the game is alright but the game play is pretty weak but it was worth the money its a small storymode but its hard to play because of the controls and its hard to spin the analog when getting trapped by the enemy when holding two controlers. Otherwise its a nice action game i would give it a 4 or 5 out of 10. I decided to buy it because it looked interesting and the movie was alright. I have alot of time to play these smallgames so i gave it a shot. The game should of been more like the movie so that was a downer, though the different scenes that are in the game were different and out of the blue witch i liked for a small story mode game its worth buying for a small reasonable price my little nephew likes playing it because he can ...

    confused

    I did not get a manual with this game when i purchased it, so there are a lot of things I am still trying to figure out how to do, it can be very frustrating when you are stuck at a spot and don't have any clue what to do next or how to get out of there.

    Jumper: Griffin's Story (Wii) Review

    Bad! Why is a game that is coming out in 2008 this bad? In all my time with Game Informer I have never seen a game rate as a 1.75 out of 10. 1 is basically broken and 2 is unplayable. Save your money and buy the movie. Unless your from BLH Productions from YouTube and want to microwave this with several of the other world's worst games.

    jumper: griffin's story wii game

    this is the shortest game ever to play. would be good for a small child, but does not offer any skill to play for adults and teens. would not want to pay retail for this game at all.
