When I purchased item it was discribed and pictured with a 3/8" drive at bottom used to remove filter. Which it thought was great feature. But when received it was just a round hole. I contacted seller and asked for a return label and refund. He expalined that he had changed the design (not the discription or pictures). He offered me full refund or 35% off. As I stated I wanted a refund, so I sent it back on my own expence.The seller contacted me and would not cover return shipping.
