Positive because - Seller is very nice and has Good Communication. Item was packaged well. But It did take 5 days to ship out. The dog itself is smaller than it looks like in the picture. But I think it will be cute when done. I know it's Vervaco brand but it is kind of expensive for the size of the dog and what you actually get. I wasn't really impressed with the kit itself, but that is on Vervaco who makes the kit and Not on the Seller.Thank you.

I ordered 3 cases but only 2 were delivered. That said, I think that they sent me what they had. This item is prone to breaking in shipping, but this seller carefully packaged both items and they arrived intact! Hurrah! I had no problem obtaining a refund from the seller for the missing item in the order. If I need more cases, I will order from this seller again. Thank you very much! :-)
