The item arrived on time and the packaging was in tact, however, the item itself didn't resemble the picture on the box by any stretch of your imagination. It was very poor quality wig for the price, it couldn't be brushed in to any style, as it shedded everywhere and is completely unsuitable for the purpose it was bought for. It apparently can't be returned for reasons of hygiene so was an absolute waste of my money.
