Received the item and it wasn't in the packaging described. It also looked have little scratches which made me think it's not brand new. I messaged the seller about it just to get told it's new and you can send it back since the "new" person packaged it incorrectly. I don't think it ever had the correct packaging. I messaged to just send the packaging to me as it was a gift. Now I am returning something that was a gift for someone. I feel scammed.
