A/c compressor sold to me was below satisfactory . It’s lasted 31 days and the clutch went out .Contacted seller for a replacement he commented back asking legit questions and I answered them but no further communication. I’m ase certified and install many parts , this being the very low quality straight out the box . I went against my better judgment when expecting upon arrival . It had wire connectors instead of the factory harness and installed it anyway . thank you

The compressor locked up on the vehicle due to improper installation. You can see where the center of the hub separated from the rubber, clear sign of lock up of the compressor. Customer stated it in messages that it failed 5 minutes after installation. They verified in messaging they didn't add oil to the compressor prior to install We voided the warranty for not installing the compressor correctly. Its not low quality, just the installer.....

Excellent communication with seller. Fairly fast shipping via postal service. However, upon opening the box, the wire to the AC clutch was pinched/compromised. and a return process started to just get a full refund. May have been damaged during shipping, but they used expanding foam packing to maximize product from damage. So if you find a problem, please be patient for them to reply & resolve your issue. Also, it's imperative that you follow installation procedures for the warranty!

While the wrong part was sent, they provided a return shipping label and a full refund nice I shipped back. While I didn’t get the fix I needed they did handle the issue great and I would recommend them as a good ebayer to buy from. They stand behind their product and offer great customer service.
