Bought 2 remotes. Suggestion to all, insure that buttons on your controller match exactly the ones on the new controller. My old controller looks nothing like either of the two that got replaced by the newest one - but all buttons matched, and and the new ones work great!! They arrived well packed and I am really happy with the seller. One other note - my bed is so old, they had not invented the Learn Button yet :) , just unplug the bed for 2 minutes, plug it in and it will be in Learn Mode.

The new remote came well packaged but what was just as impressive were
the step-by-step pairing instructions the seller included with the remote.
I was not able to reach the controller box that was bolted under my adjustable base bed to pair the remote and I messaged the seller. The seller promptly responded & suggested an alternate way to pair my base with the remote if a learn button was on the cord; which it was.
