    Q-See QCW3MP16 camera

    The product I received was defective. I painfully spent multiple hours on a chat and then on the phone to convince their support staff. Eventually, they sent me a replacement that works great. I was able to set up the replacement device in less than 5 minutes! The picture quality is very good. It's a good value for the price.
