Wouldnt buy from this seller again as one response is not a resolution. Like the ring but was packaged poorly in a large box, a bit of padding no tissue around ring so suffered a bit of damage on arrival. Could hear it rattling in package before opening.My ring needs a repolish as has scratches & a chip. Sent a photo of the damage. Anyone else offers a partial refund to cover the cost of repair or damage caused. All they said was send it back. That is not resolving anything.
