The ram was a simple plug and play and took right off giving it 8gb instead of 4 GB ram. Tho 250gb have of my old 1 but a SSD driver instead took off like a fly and got Photoshop cS6 reinstalled and ready to go again. My Mac book pro 2010 is newer then ever and can get back to work..S+ to the seller
