    Really good series

    I was looking for a graduated series on yoga, that started with things that stiff and achy me could do. This solved that need - even very inflexible people (like me!) can do the exercises with a chair as shown early on, and I can see that I have levels that I can aspire to. I'm very happy with this, bought after taking a yoga class, and watching dozens of yoga videos online. This one works the best for me.
