Item as described and quickly shipped. Great seller. These handles replace the original metal handles with an all plastic handle. This is the manufacturer's solution. They are pretty flimsy and only held in place by 2 screws (original handles are held in by 4 screws) and plastic clips. The plastic clips don't hold so I drilled the handles and installed the other 2 screws and it solved the loose clip problem. I don't see these as an improvement over the original, just a cheaper way to make them.

Shipping to Canada took nine days. On opening I noticed that that the manual shipped with the unit was for a completely different model. The seller's 800 number works from Canada and I was told that is the way the unit was packed from their supplier. The unit was never used brand new so I believe the manufacturer enclosed the wrong manual. After testing the unit I wanted to order a second one. Major disappointment, the seller had raised the price by $200. NO DEAL ANYMORE!
