Item is not brand new. I have reach out to the seller to inform them that that the item is not new and missing items and has scuff marks.
I’ve ask if they could provide those missing items and provide a partial refund but I have not heard back from them. Missing items:
1. Remote
2. Screw that goes into the bottom of the foot plate to secure the heater in place.

Bought laptop for business purposes, and item wasn't as described. Description of item outlines multiple times of Windows 10 Pro on this laptop. Laptop arrived with no OS. Tried calling and nobody would talk with me to fix this issue. They took a couple days to get back to message me via Ebay. They said the listing was incorrect, I started a return 11/2, I haven't hear back since, it's now 11/7.
Unprofessional in every way. I shouldn't have to write a review to get their attention either.
