    Good packaging and shipping. Only negative point would be that it didn't come with the keyboard preinstalled, as apparently the keyboard is plastic-welded to the cover and it was quite difficult to remove it from the old and put into the new due to plastic pins in place that needed to be removed or melted to adhere the keyboard to the new case. Terrible design by HP, so not exactly the seller's fault, but a problem someone can unknowingly get tripped up by.
