The dvd arrived in brand new condition. I watched the entire movie. Two issues I have are, one, the quality of the recording is poor and not as enjoyable to watch because of it. I assume it was manufactured that way and is NOT the responsibility of this seller. And, two, it is in the original 4:3 scale, which also detracts from the viewing enjoyment.

Enjoyed watching this movie again...I seen it years ago for the first time as a teen at the local drive in theater when it was a still around. Mark Hamill's,Kristie McNichol's, and Dennis Quaid's performances were great in their roles. I enjoyed this movie based on a true story. Great seller. Would buy from again. Thanks movie barn.

    Nice Time Warp!

    I remember seeing this movie when it came out, and had been looking for it on and off for years. The only added comments that I could have, are the quality it good for it's day, and it dose have the black bars on the left and right side of the screen. I'm pleased to be able to step back in time once again.

    My favorite

    I don't care what anyone says. This is one of my all time favorites. I was 13 when this came out. Loved it then and still love it. There's just something about it. Hey....Dirty Dancing was a flop when it first hit theaters. If it wasn't for the dancing who knows? This movie is just as romantic! I mean it's Luke Skywalker!! Lol.

    Very good movie, only thing some parts of the movie have been cut out, when I seen the movie back in the day Travis sister Amanda got rape, it don't show it on this movie, still a great movie worth the money.
