Great eBay seller. My TOZO HT2 headphones were mailed by USPS Ground Advantage and arrived three days after I ordered them. I had a simple question for seller and received a response immediately. There is an issue with the volume switch not working. It will not increase or decrease the volume which is stuck at a moderate level. The volume button still works for long presses to skip ahead or back a track. I have reached out to TOZO for tech support. These were new in box. Great price! A+ seller!
