Beyond impressed with this seller’s customer service. When the package arrived, it was inside a clear USPS bag that said they were sorry that my package had been damaged during shipping. I hadn’t opened it yet, but it didn’t look like the product was damaged. Just like the padded envelope was missing a large piece. But I messaged the seller right away.
